Yes. Factory tours can cover production lines, the testing lab, showroom and R&D center. Virtual tours can also be arranged.

T/T and L/C are accepted. Standard terms use a 30% deposit with the 70% balance due before shipment; long-term terms can be discussed.

Yes. Inner boxes, outer cartons, hang tags, manuals and brand stickers can be customized, including multilingual manuals.

Hydro transfer printing, screen printing and custom decals are supported, together with original graphics and Pantone color matching.

Yes. Liners can be developed for Asian and European/American head shapes with selected fabrics, thicknesses, eyeglass slots and speaker pockets.

ABS, fiberglass and carbon fiber are available for different durability, weight and price objectives.

Yes. ECE- and DOT-certified models receive COP testing on every batch, with reports available for audits.

Our helmets hold ECE R22.06 and DOT certificates together with ISO 9001:2015, and support additional regional requirements on request.

Mass production usually takes 45–60 working days after sample approval. Deep ODM lead time varies with structural complexity.

Standard samples typically take 7–10 days. Customized logo, graphics and liner samples generally take 15–30 working days after design confirmation.

OEM customization using existing molds starts at 500 pieces per model. Deep ODM usually requires 500–1,000 pieces depending on complexity.
