MASONTEX manufactures multiple motorcycle helmet categories including full-face, modular / flip-up, open-face and half helmets. Available sizes, materials, visor systems and certification status vary by model and target market.

For selected existing models, standard wholesale orders can start from 100 pcs. OEM MOQ depends on the model and customization scope. Custom graphics, special materials, exclusive colors, packaging or structural development may require a higher quantity. We confirm the exact MOQ after reviewing your project brief.

Yes. We recommend sample evaluation and approval before mass production. Standard samples can be used to check the helmet model, fit and workmanship, while customized samples can confirm colors, logos, graphics, visor options and packaging.

Typical OEM customization includes shell color and finish, graphics, logos, visor color, liner and cheek pads, labels, manuals, helmet bags, packaging, accessories and master-carton markings. Tooling or structural changes are reviewed as separate development projects.

Yes. Please provide Pantone references and editable artwork where possible. Our team can prepare the layout for review and, when required, arrange physical color or graphic samples for approval before production.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred. Please include Pantone references, logo placement, required dimensions and any brand rules. Low-resolution raster artwork may need to be rebuilt before production files can be prepared.

Certification is model- and market-specific. MASONTEX can provide available certification and test information for the selected model and discuss target-market requirements before quotation. Final certification claims are confirmed against the exact model and its current test status.

Quality control covers incoming materials, molded shells and components, assembly, appearance, fit and function, visor operation, packaging and final shipment inspection. Project-specific inspection requirements or third-party inspections can also be discussed before production.

Production lead time depends on the helmet model, order quantity, customization level, packaging and material readiness. The schedule is confirmed after the sample, artwork, specifications and deposit are approved, and the final production window is stated in the quotation or PI.

Yes. We support custom color boxes, manuals, labels, hangtags, helmet bags, inner packaging, master cartons and market-specific markings. Packaging files are reviewed and approved before printing and mass production.

Standard OEM and wholesale orders are normally handled by T/T with a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance before shipment. The final terms are confirmed in the quotation or PI for each order.

Depending on the destination and project, MASONTEX can work with EXW, FOB, CIF and other agreed shipping arrangements. Samples are commonly shipped by courier or air, while bulk orders are typically shipped by sea. Final logistics terms are confirmed per shipment.

Yes. Factory visits and third-party inspections can be arranged in advance. Please coordinate the timing with our team so the relevant production, quality and project staff are available during the visit or inspection.
