2. Sample Orders

Sample products available through our online store are intended primarily for product evaluation.

Sample pricing does not necessarily represent the final wholesale price. Wholesale prices depend on product configuration, quantity, customization, Incoterms, destination, packaging, certification requirements, and other commercial conditions.

3. Wholesale and OEM/ODM Orders

Wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, and customized orders are subject to separate commercial confirmation.

Final terms may include MOQ, unit price, tooling or development charges, customization requirements, packaging, certification, production lead time, payment terms, Incoterms, freight, and inspection requirements.

In the event of any conflict between this website and a signed contract, confirmed quotation, proforma invoice, or other written commercial agreement, the written commercial agreement will prevail.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, website prices are displayed in USD.

Taxes, import duties, customs charges, brokerage charges, and destination-country fees might not be included in prices displayed on the website.

Payment methods available to online customers are those displayed during checkout.
